Terms of service

The tuition fee for each programme covers the completion of the specific language level for which the student is enrolled (e.g. A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), and not a specific number of months of attendance.

The duration required to complete each level may vary depending on the syllabus, the frequency and length of lessons, the pace of teaching, the progress of the group, and the type of programme (standard, intensive, or express).

Once the prescribed syllabus and educational objectives of the level have been completed, the specific programme is considered finished, even if completion occurs before the end of the academic year.

Example: If a student enrols in level A1 and, according to the group's schedule, A1 is completed in January, the educational service for which that enrolment was made is considered complete. Should the student wish to continue to level A2 from February, a new enrolment in level A2 and payment of the corresponding tuition fee is required.

Payment of tuition for one level does not automatically include the next level and does not grant the right to continue into it free of charge.

The prices listed apply exclusively to the programme and level selected by the student at the time of enrolment. Any offers, discounts, or special prices are subject to the terms stated in the relevant offer at the time of enrolment.

Upon completing enrolment, the student, or in the case of a minor, the parent/guardian, confirms that they have been informed about the selected level, the syllabus, the tuition fee, and how the programme operates.
