Refund policy
Once enrolment has been finalised, amounts paid are non-refundable for reasons attributable to the student or parent/guardian, subject to any rights mandatorily provided by applicable law.
In particular, no refund will be issued due to:
- non-attendance or non-participation in lessons,
- change of mind after enrolment,
- voluntary withdrawal or abandonment of the programme,
- absences from scheduled lessons,
- personal inability to continue attending,
- subsequent disagreement with the days, times, or teaching method that were presented and accepted prior to payment,
- the student's choice not to use part or all of the programme they have purchased.
Non-attendance at a lesson does not constitute cancellation of the programme and does not in itself give rise to a right to a refund.
The one-off preferential price applies to the reservation of the entire specific programme and not to the purchase of individual lessons.
